Jordan Adkins
Owner
Lynch Heating & Air Conditioning has been in business since 1983. Jordan Adkins acquired ownership of the company in 2021. He had worked for the original owner (Gene Lynch) since 2014, and decided to purchase the company upon Gene’s retirement. He has a strong background in service / sales, and is very passionate about the HVAC industry. He has a degree in HVAC-R from the Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Morristown. He also has a NATE certification (North American Technician Excellence), and a TN Commercial Contractor’s License. He and his wife Samantha live in Bean Station with their two daughters. He is pleased to continue quality service and installations for Morristown and surrounding counties.
Keri Collins
Office Manager / Dispatcher
Keri Collins has been the office manager and dispatcher of Lynch Heating & Air Conditioning for over 13 years. She has over 25 years experience in customer relations, and Keri can usually schedule repairs and maintenance work at the time that fits the customer’s needs.
Installers
Dennis Lowe
Installation Manager
Our Installation Department is headed by Dennis Lowe. A native of the Lakeway area, Dennis has over 25 years of experience in Heating and Air Conditioning. He is a Licensed Electrician and continually attends CARRIER training classes to keep up with new equipment and control systems, as well as changing Codes and start-up procedures.
Mark Logsdon and Jimmy Graves
Installation Technicians
Our Installers are a team made up of Mark Logsdon and Jimmy Graves. This team has worked together at Lynch Heating and Air Conditioning for over 20 years. Equally adept at both Residential and Light Commercial installations, they boast combined experience of over 100 years. From directing a crane for a rooftop installation to setting the smallest residential package unit, these guys can get the job done quickly, safely and to the customer's satisfaction.Service Technicians
